thank's for this interesting opportunity. no PMO and no edging! now thats taking me to the edge but I'm in. what about ejaculation when having sex with gf? I'm kind of interested in enjoying sex without ejaculation like I've read about in Kareeza but not sure I can pull that off for the month.

Right there with you! This the longest streak I've had in a while so I'm feeling great. I only get trouble with the internet which includes my phone and computer. When I put both away and get busy living my life, working around the house, and enjoying family, nofap is easy and just common sense. Idleness and internet surfing leads to failure.

 

Nofap November has a good ring to it. Only on day five, but if I am going to make a 90 day reset, I guess November will be nofap!
