Don't give up... I had a mild relapse on day 3 but then came back to nofap and clicked the panic button http://emergency.nofap.com/ and 15 mins later, I was watching a nice movie. The satisfaction I felt when everything ended was awesome! this was the first time I was able to control myself. Then, yesterday was my 7th day I think and got another relapse but it was much easier to handle then the first one. I controlled this one as well. Stay Strong! don't give up!
