Binge drinking and rebooting?

    Has anyone successfully completed a 90 day NoFap challenge whilst still binge drinking and possibly doing drugs on weekends? I'm finding that I can make it through the weekdays being confident in my willpower to complete the 90 days, but once the weekend hits I go and see mates, get drunk and relapse without any battle on the hangover..

    Yep. no problem.

    u need to conquer your obstacles head on. Eventually you will not relapse.

    Worst thing to do is avoid, because eventually you will be confronted.
