Been like 140 days or sumthing. MY personal life take another nuclear explosion with the ladies. I have a very hard construction job n I am stuck here for 8 months. Im gonna move 2 Thailand and train muay thai and teach English! Until then I am going to go insane in the shithole Toronto. I have not been able to stop thinking about p for 5 days. IM jerking off every day. Fuck.

DRINKING At work drinking drinking and smoking. all this from when I was clean working out heavy 5 days a week! Cause I am stuck in this town I hate and RTHe women are shit here.

I've been following your uplifting posts in the past. Sorry to see this rough patch. I find deep breathing helps me calm the mind. Anger does arise when desire is frustrated. But it doesn't lead anywhere good and it ends up damaging the person who is angry. Don't hurt yourself that way- it's not worth it. When our mind is calm we actually enjoy real happiness. Then we can reflect on our desire and how to channel it appropriately. Everyone really just wants to be loved for who they are, and it gets frustrating when that doesn't seem available in the form we want it. But we are getting support in many ways, if not in the exact way we desire. Recognizing that has helped me. Take care and hope it passes without much upheaval. YB
