I've been on NoFap for more than a year now .. Haven't posted anything in a while hope everyone is doing well I just found a great video on youtube of steve jobs last words , even though I am not sure if he actually said this anyways this is a very inspiring video on how to live happily and peacefully.
hi, yes that is very inspirational, if he did say that then he was so correct, and a good man to say such a thing, health,happiness and family/friends are the most important of all things in life, its a shame most people wont see this until the end draws near, but if we practice minfulness and remind ourselves daily what is "really" important in life then we can avoid feelings of regret when our time comes, make it your duty to spend as much time with your loved ones and to look after yourself, achieving this is "true" wealth! peace.
