    My advice was more directed at the people who seemed unable to get/keep their reboot going, or who get despondent after a streak ends. I see so many people here start to get stressed out about losing their progress, and rebooting definitely takes longer if you THINK you have to start all over again. I'm sure masturbating slows down your reboot, but one time won't take you back to square one, unless you think it does. As long as you are doing better than you WERE, then you have made some progress, and you can find a way to keep going forward.

    For example, I have masturbated 5 or 6 times since my last porn binge, on Saturday. Each time probably only took 10 or 20 minutes, when normally I would either PMO for at least 30 to 90 minutes, several times a day (to say nothing of my REAL binges).

    So this has been a huge step for me, and it's been 5 days since I looked at any porn. The urge to masturbate has decreased greatly, and I've been better able to fight the urge to go look at porn when I'm frustrated or anxious about other things.

    I had a couple of REALLY stressful things happen last night, but barely even wanted to masturbate today. I almost did, but I resisted, distracted myself. Hopefully tomorrow will be even better.

    I've been a little sad here and there, but I haven't sunk into the despair that keeps me in the PMO hole.

    I find it difficult to pee when I have it - because of the position/shape of things...
    Also, what if I already used the bathroom?
    Nevertheless, thanks for the suggestions!
