I'm ten days in now without MOing, but last night I found myself not looking at hardcore porn, but it was some pornographic material. Thankfully I stopped before MOing because that would have been a total restart for me. Today has been a good day for me though. I've refreshed my mind by spending a good amount of time in prayer and Bible reading, so I feel refocused. Also I will be meeting with a good friend and mentor tomorrow who was my previous accountability partner when I tried to do this before and reached 60 days. I will be speaking with him about my decision to stop this once and for all, so I'm sure he will agree to be my AP. So there's still struggles, but I am encouraged that I will move forward with success. The urges today have been very small, so that is good!
Hey @SteadyPilgrim Here's what I found has worked for me so far. Make it less easy to get into watching porn by removing my laptop from my bedroom so I cant just easily reach for it when i feel the urge. Get stuck into a new or existing TV series at night time so that it wears you out and distracts your mind from the nightly porn habit. Hope this helps you out
