30 day is a great goal, I could not believe I could achieve that... And now, after over 45 days I feel lke having new superpowers... I do not know if anybody felt the same, but I feel much more powerful and dynamic... and I am eating much less than before the NoFap\PMO( let's call it just now - it is much more than this) treatment!
This is good stuff and you do "feel" more powerful. And your thought process, confidence and overall sense of self just becomes a real force in your life. The freedom and power are a great benefit.... Keep going!!!
