    This is the beginning documentation of my 30 day challenge.

    I have been PMO free for a week now and have not had the urge to M since. I just don't care to do it for some reason. Might be because I got a busier job and am hitting the gym more often but can't tell. Also I haven't gotten a true hard on since the last time I wanked which is freaking me out. Maybe because I'm not focusing on sex anymore.

    Other than that all has been pretty well. Not perfect. But it's like I don't even have a d**k anymore which is scaring me. Has anyone else felt this way?

    I'll keep you guys up to date on my 30 day recovery.

    I've definitely felt that way. One thing I came to realize is that it's kinda tough to get an erection when you are worried about getting one or not getting one. You're just going through a flat line which is a step in the recovery process that everyone goes through so don't worry about it. They will come back as your brain continues to heal and rid itself of this addiction.
     
  3. Don't worry about erections. Make the changes that count, and once you finish your reboot being able to get a rock hard boner will be one of the smallest benefits you will have reaped.

    Day 9

    I woke up feeling great today. Then tried a cold shower. Heard about a lot of people doing it so thought why not. It seriously eliminated the urge I had when I woke up. Nothing serious for the rest of the day. Just minor urges I was to busy to think about with work and all.

    But I did have one strong urge about 20 mins ago when I got home. So i decided to come on here and write before I did anything risky.

    Day 10: SUNDAY

    A pretty boring day for the most part. Went to church then work. Was too lazy to do anything after work so went straight to bed. Had minimal urges.

    Day 11: MONDAY

    Got into a new workout plan. Worked. Watched self help depression videos which helped diminish the urges I had. I learned the more you have going for yourself (school, work, excercise etc.) the less likely you are to relapse.

    I would recommend you guys check out Louis Rossman depression videos.

    Haven't responded in a while but here's how 3 days went...

    Had huge urges on TUESDAY but surpassed them.

    On WEDNESDAY I relapsed and hated myself for it. The worst part, I was supposed to go to church but stayed home because I was too tired after work. So I had a lot of free time on my hands ...

    Lacked motivation to start day 1 again so thought what's the point and relapsed twice THURSDAY. I'm so pathetic.

    I seriously need to get closer to God. In the meantime back to Day 1 I guess.
