VR also means, for me, another step forward for men to die alone. It's a little extreme, but I mean "single for the rest of their lives".
Imagine VR with some add-on sex toy? It will come. Whether one is using a toy, or the hardware "wired" sex toys become available for the machine, it will be the same.

Its only a matter of time before dedicated "kits" using both VR and linked sex toys become available on the market....they already have dolls worth several thousand dollars.

  2. I think VR in general should only be used to train doctors, nurses, pilots and astronauts etc. it will hurt the general public more than it helps it.

I think VR porn is just as harmful as 2d Porn. Simply put: both scenarios are not real. Sure VR stimuli are closer to real life than 2d porn, but once your brain understands how easy it is to get that dopamine after VRPMO'ing (new term here?), your reward mechanism will get just as fucked up. Think of having an O to VR porn as something between p addiction and sex addiction.

  4. Personally a little terrified of the future of sex technologies...I expect VR porn and robotic lovers will be more addicting and more damaging physically, mentally, and fiscally.
Break the bad habits now before they temptations and technologies up their ante.

I think you'd still get erectile dysfunction from the death grip. Actually, VR porn might make the death grip even worse.

Imagine the majority of the male population having no idea what a woman's vagina feels like

  7. Wow, what a question. I think psychologists and scientists have more rights to answer this question though...

As for an opinion, I think that there will be a difference, but desensitisation can still occur. It can be very realistic, but it's still not real life, that's the main point. While the image projected won't be as artificial (but still artificial), the hand is still an issue because it will never be like a real person.

VR P absolutely is still an issue. It fools the primal parts of your brain even further, and provides a bigger high.
Theory, maybe I am wrong, it might even be worse. The addicted parts of your brain have just been fooled into thinking they hit the jackpot whenever you do it with normal P, so what happens when you add the sheer immersion to it?
You are not touching someone, holding someone, caressing one another. None of the actual closeness and physical intimacy of the real thing exists here(so no oxytocin). Gotta be hella confusing for those bits of the brain that can't differentiate between the real thing and this stuff.

Just...don't entertain the idea. If switching from PMO to browsing swimsuit/guys in trunks is like switching from alcohol to lite beer, this would likely be like switching from alcohol to IDK, pure heroin?
Better not to try it out.

    Just sharing my opinion :3
