    Something that helps me a lot: installed K9 Web Protection on my PC.
    Basically, a personal guard making it more difficult to reach your "favorite" websites.

    I found it really not that useful. When your urge is so strong that you can sacrifice X days of no PMO for this one moment, uninstallation of K9 is just like 5 seconds. One big advantage I like: no random triggers. I found it more annoying than helpful but if it's helping you then sure why not use it :) Good luck

    Hmm, you can even temporary disable it, but that's not the point. At least it's a reminder - a warning sign before you open that page you should never look at.
