Will MO delay the flatline

My advise, would be dont even ask those questions, "reset" is a phrase that no body can really answer, No it wont put you back at square one, but it wont help you either. You need to be PMO free for months, youve done well so far but two weeks is way too early to even consider excuses to MO. An addict will always find a reason To get his fix and that is all you are doing

You are off to a great start @Jrobe, so why even mess with it. You will always find a pretext to masturbate and cum, but it will impede your recovery. But it is not an exact science - who can say by how much. All I can tell you is that people who tinker with their reboot never make much progress. You should be happy to be in the flatline, it is the best possible evidence that your brain has begun to heal. Also, it means you are not climbing the wall with a sex drive on... overdrive!
