    So there is this girl I like at church and I know her first name but not her last name.
    I went on facebook to check, but I stopped because I felt like I got a dopamine hit from it.
    And say if I would go on facebook and just look at girls and get a dopamine hit, would that count as a relapse( I'm only asking out of curiosity, and no, I didn't go on facebook for that purpose )?
