I am so thankful to this forum, ever since i commit myself to this, I have made extra efforts to control myself, and time flies, its past a month that I have not do any PMO. here and there i am still tempted by the pretty girls and explicit content on social media, but I did not get engage to it and look further.

Just want to encourage everyone to keep on keeping on! If you do want to engage it in, why not go catch some pokemon?

Thanks for posting this! I'm preparing for a 30-day challenge so it was a pleasure to read this. Realize that temptation won't "go away", but your appropriate response to the situation is the deciding factor.
