    Wanted you folk to know that I'm beginning a personal PMO challenge today. I hope to last till the end of August... That's 17 days...

    My advice is to just keep busy. If you like to jerk it in your room all alone make sure you stay in your living room most of the day or something, if you watch porn on the toilet with your phone, make sure you leave your phone out of the bathroom etc. You got this bro!
