What is YOUR number one reason you're quitting PMO?

I want my life Back. I wanna be Normal again. I want to loose fat and trim up. I hate Pmo and am never gonna give up on quitting it.

 

Number one would be just to use my time productively, including being a better partner to my spouse

 

It is an addiction. Being addicted to anything takes away your power and you become a slave of your desires.

Having those porno scenes always occupying my mind is annoying. Had to get rid of it. NoFap is the way to go. Just didn't know that annoying flatline came with it.
