Magnesium supplement causing me anxiety , why?

Yes on nofap too for about 8 weeks , but I find it strange that magnesium causing anxiety.
Any idea?

 

Feel much better that day when I dont take the pill.

 

I have heard that it helps in anxiety and depression.
