New on the site, but I want to go 90 and further, so I'm joining in. I need to figure out how to do the counter thing.

This is my 2nd day of a 90 reboot and I've never been this excited about ending PMO. I am so glad I found NoFap.

Hi another 'new' one here. Been trying to quit porn for at least 5 years though. Did make it over 90 but was curious if my ed was gone, so I mo:ed and then I pmo:ed..

Well new start here we come. Day 0 right now, relapsed earlier due to loneliness

Tonight will mark 4 days as I already had a day under my belt when I posted. Weekdays are the hardest as I work from home alone in front of my computer all day.

    Stay
Stay strong brother! If you get an urge, just get up an take a short walk. Get away for a little while. If possible, go outside. If you can't get out, walk around at home and maybe turn on some meditation music. Experience the urge and feel it get smaller and smaller until it's gone. Repeat with every urge! Do not be afraid of it because you have to experience the urges to recover fully.

Appreciate the words of wisdom. Today was a relatively easy day. Was out on appointments most of the day. Tomorrow my calendar is clear. Danger zone!

Sure, We're all in this together. Make sure you do not sit around and do nothing, make plans asap. Walk/run/clean home/study something /learn a language /visit family or friends /learn an instrument. It's all about staying productive and I know it because I usually relapse because I just haven't anything planned and get bored /lonely.

    Stay strong!

Tonight marks 6 days which I believe is a personal record. I cannot remember a time when I went over 5 days. Posting here is really making the difference for me. I appreciate all the messages and support. I did not even feel any urges these last couple of days. Maybe the calm before the storm. Will stay vigilant! Going for 90!

YOU CAN DO THIS. Stay strong bro. It will all be worth it in the end. Youll look back at the top of that hill and thank yourself for fighting when it gets hard.

You guys are awesome!! CABeachGuy, let's do this! Shazam4103, appreciate the words of wisdom. You know, so many people think that fapping isn't addictive. Alcoholism runs in my family yet I can go weeks without drinking. I smoked weed a while back at least 10 times per day for 5 years straight, yet I was able to quit after a year. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for many years yet one day I decided to quit and did it on the spot. I have made a strong effort to stop fapping for the last 20 years (!) yet I never could make it more than 5 days. For a man to conquer himself is the first and noblest of all victories - Plato. 8 days and going strong!!

Day 11 for me, mood is going up and down like crazy. One day I am feeling super good, focused and just happy, the next I just want to stay in bed.
