Alright i have had this persistent forehead acne that is only located on the middle of my forehead for a little while now and it's really affecting my confidence. And before any you say "confidence doesnt have anything to do with appearance", let me just inform you that acne has ruined many lives and that if you never had acne, you couldnt really understand how this condition is so fuc**** awful. Be open-minded if you wanna help I've tried anything related with diet already and it doesnt have an effect. Also i've tried everything regarding my hair too and it doesnt have an effect. I have concluded that since my acne is only on the MIDDLE of my forehead it is not caused by my hair since it never touches this area and other areas that get touched by my hair dont have acne. Recently i discovered that there seemed to be a correlation with excessive fapping/sexual arousal and this acne on the middle of my forehead. Something important i wanna precise is that i was never acne prone before and i only did get like 1-2 pimples very rarely. During all this time i only fapped like every 2-3-4 days but never more. But ever since i started masturbating EXCESSIVELY and by that i mean binging (sometimes even 6 times in a day), my acne on my forehead got worse and worse. So i researched about it if theres a connection and what i've found is that the middle of the forehead is a huge T-Zone. What that means is that this area (middle forehead) is more likely to reacts to HORMONES, especially DHT which is one precursor of acne, and cause acne. Since fapping and ejaculating, especially excessively, debalances your hormones and raises DHT, i think i have found the cause. So right now, i'm abstaining (DAY 2) and i guess i just have to wait now. So my question to you guys is :does anyone else get acne in their T-Zone (middle of forehead, chin and jaw) from fapping excessively or just fapping alone, or am i the only one? Also, for the people who like scientific evidence, theres an article that i cant post the link (since i just created my account today) on the subject. Summary: Acne in middle of forehead possibly caused by excessive masturbation, it is not diet or my hair thats causing it. Does it happen to some of you guys also? If definitely affects me. Had lots of shorter streaks this year, and most of the time I get acne after fapping. I get acne everywhere, but my critical area is on the temples, there I get really nasty acne. On my best streak of 45 days, my skin cleared up everywhere, and there was nothing other that I changed, like diet or hygiene besides that I stopped fapping.

I am on day 9 currently. Curing acne is major motivation for me, since I noticed positive changes when I don't fap. Stick to it man, your skin will clear up.
Yes, I found I was binging everyday for a week and acne appeared again. I'm so glad I found this site, and see all the health and psychological benefits to NoFap.
I got A LOT of acne in my chin, non in my forehead though, I'm on 90 days hard mode now, I'll see how it goes. I'm on day 5 today. Good luck to us all!
