Do you reset If you peak at porn?

    I watched a bit this morning but did not mastrubate much and was able to beat the urge. I haven't done a counter this time but should I reset

    No ,but you are dancing on thin ice.
    I only feel successful if i push an urge aside immediately after the craving begins.
    It has to feel like : "No way, bye bye! "
    Opening some P-sites in response to an urge ( even if its only to see what happens or if you are strong enough to withstand)
    is not the right way to go imo.

    If you have a habit of watching P with M/O you should keept a seperate P counter and a seperate MO counter. Reset the P counter.
