***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Today I'm grateful for the beautiful beach where I work sometimes.

I'm grateful for realising that craving is the root of all suffering.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to complete my PhD.

 

1 I'm grateful for my classes that started again yesterday, I had a lot of fun, it's my last semester studying English and I love learning more everyday.

2 I'm grateful for my students, the classes I taught yesterday were great and I'm glad they could learn more and I'm thankful for being a teacher.

3 I'm grateful for the new book I've started recently, it's not really my kind of book, but it's good to try to read stuff other than what you're used to read, it makes your brain fresh and open to the experience.

 

1. I'm grateful for how awesome my workout went just now.
2. I'm grateful for the snack I'm about to eat.
3. I'm grateful for how amazingly happy I feel right now.

 

1. I am grateful for 24 yrs of my life.

2. I am grateful for a LOVING family.

1. I am grateful that, despite our terrible public transport system, I was able to get to work safely and on time.

2. I am grateful for protein shakes that subsidise all the money and time one would have to spend on food diet. Although I do aim to eat well.

3. I am grateful for gospel music that gives me a great platform to worship.

2. I'm grateful for receiving my certificate in Bachelors of Science. After three years of hard work, I got my certificate. Although I didn't get the grade I wanted, I'm still proud.
3. I'm grateful for improving my test game with girls. Nofap has helped and the fear/anxiety is reducing.

 

I'm grateful for getting an interview at the job I applied for.

1) I'm grateful for the first day in a long time I've overcome my urges in the morning

2) I'm grateful for all the books and literature i'm surrounded by, online and offline, there's no better feeling than reading and i'm grateful for all the time and effort people put in to share that information

3) I'm grateful for my homemade madeshift standing desk, which will aid my recovery much faster!
