Is this normal?

    Heya!

    I'm on my 17th day of NoFap doing this for the firs time. My goal is 90 days.

    Since starting NoFap do any of you guys get this feeling in their testicles. I would describe it like discomfort in my testicles. I would not call it pain or anything.

    I assume it is just some semen build up or something like that? As I continue with NoFap will this discomfort get worse or it will fade away.

    The discomfort does not happen daily and is not continuous.

    Start doing some yoga in the morning on an empty stomach.
