Hi guys, I feel so disgusted by myself. I have relapsed the whole week. And now after another relapse I watched something shocking. I escalated to more hardcore P and I still did not get arroused by it (no one should get arroused by does things). I thought that I would never get back to the old times when I would only watch something disgusting to get turned on. I'm overwhelmed right now. I don't know how this happend. But here I am again. This addiction is so dangerous. I watched something that I don't like in reality. Something which I find disgusting and inhuman (barbaric to be correct). Schools have to educate children about the great dangers of P addiction (it's the new super drug, which is legal and free to get any time any where). It literally changes what you like when having sex or watching it. I will give it my all to never PMO again. I just feel disgusted by myself, I feel like a criminal. Yes, overhaul is necessary. I'm glad as a 15 year old, I was well-educated about the effects of pornography already, unfortunately it took me a rock and a hard place to see that this was effecting me terribly.
