Hi I'm back after two months of not giving a fuck. My life sucks because of porn and because I let it consume all my energy spiritual, physical and emotional. I want to set a lower goal, before I tried 90 days but I didn't come even close to that. So now I start 30 days hard mode. It's day one! This is gonna be my journal I'm gonna post every 2-5 days about my progress.

Good luck to both of you guys. I started a reboot a few weeks back. Made it 16 days then relapsed. Just started a new 30-day reboot. I know how it feels to go 2 weeks (awesome) and how it feels to fail (like shit). Definitely want more of that first one.
so I failed right away I took my laptop with me home and had to charge it and then didn't resist to turn it on a PMOed right away. Starting again.
day 4... so far everything goes smoothly, because I had no time to PMO, but soon will come hard times. I have to prepare and make changes in way of my life so that there will be less opportunities to PMO. I will leave my laptop at work all the time, I will use filters on my smartphone so that I cant watch or search P. I will control my thoughts so that I don't fantasize about women.
