One week. Eleven to go. The hypnosis session are really working (https://hypnosis.wendi.com/products/break-free-end-porn-addiction-hypnosis-mp3-by-wendi-friesen). Two days without urges, calm and relaxed and thinking of the future. Last saturday I visited a chat (that's my real problem), and I didn't MO and the urges were very controllable. I was able to watch it in a detached way. Afterwards, I installed Qustodio (https://www.qustodio.com/es/), a P-blocker that works fine. K-9 made my internet conexion too slow and sometimes blocked everything. Now I know I'll make it. Next week, I'll add 15 more days to my counter.

I haven't fapped in eight days. Good. Now, I don't want to be close to P (or chats) until I reach the goal. That's why I have the P-Blocker.

 

Still havent answered my question on hypnosis for NoFap

 

It's a package to break free from P adiction. I should work for anything related to that, like fapping. You lose the urge to do the compulsion, or it get much weaker, whatever it is.

Waking up on Day 2 feeling good and ready for the day. Just having the word 'nofap' to say to myself is a great help. Knowing that there is a community of likeminded guys is invaluable too.
