Just from my experience. I remember back in 2015 I was at 80 days and I was feeling amazing, now Im at over 100 days and I feel good but not like back in 2015 (however I did M some so that could be the case).

Back in 2015 I went no P and no M. Now I go no P, but sometimes I struggle with no M (I recently M'd).

There are two types of rebooting.

Rebooting from porn (Most Important)

Rebooting from masturbation

I just talked to a fellow Fapstronaut who thought taking a "little peek" at porn is fine. I don't know where to begin... A LITTLE PEEK IS NOT OK!
It made me realize many people are not rebooting properly.

The following information is based on years of experience

Rebooting from porn

Takes 150 days to complete

Eliminates PIED, Brain Fog, Social Anxiety

Rules: You cannot think about porn, you cannot intentionally watch porn/p-subs, you cannot look at any women on any artificial media, you cannot fantasize for long periods of time.

Rebooting from masturbation

Takes 80-120 days to complete

Eliminates Desensitization

Rules: You cannot masturbate or touch yourself in a way to induce sexual stimulation.

I would also recommend hardmode for at least 120 days.
Also each time you relapsed the longer it will take to reboot (in some cases double)

This really helps. I agree, you've got to completely remove these things from your life,ok so you may relapse, but it's got to be zero porn and masturbation. I've just begun and that's the way I'm going to proceed.
