    I relapsed yet again after a handsome period of 5 days of abstaining from masturbation and porn. I really don't know what to do.or I think I do. I've already installed a pic blocker on my pc. Yet I can't find a reliable app for my android, since it's always the phone in an empty room that serves as my trigger. Help

    don't be hopeless. don't think negative. this doesn't helps, believe me. think rational. think why did you relapsed? i mean, we're humans and PMO gives us amazing joy,happiness. Who would reject a joy from an orgazm?

    Just know that, it's done. your brain got what it's wanted. dopamine released. you don't want porn now. but you'll want later when your brain wants. so, think about how can you fight with your brain?

    If you behave like, "No! I can't PMO! No, i shouldn't do this" etc.. then you'll masturbate. Because at those moments the things you said are sent to your brain, the fucker that wants to release dopamine. You can't come up with a good excuse brother. Give it a "because." Give it a reason. It's like you try to stay away from fast foods, eat some healthy foods and your brain thinks "hey,ketchup eat some pizza and i'll release some good old dopamine." if you reply it with "no! i can't!",then you'll eat it.just reply back and say "no, because fast foods are bad for my health, i'm going to gym nowadays,i want to improve my stamina" etc. That's an excuse your brain'll buy.

    Sorry for this loooong post but the thing i want to tell you that, talk with your brain. Be stone-cold and tell it why it's not appropriate at that moment for to fap. Like if you're home alone and you crave, say "nope,sorry i need to go for a walk." then leave the house. day by day, you'll suppress your brain and by behaving cold,being patient,calm you can teach your brain who's boss.

    And while you're cutting your dopamine sources from PMO, get another source from something else,like start playing basketball,football,tennis etc. Your brain'll get it's dopamine release from them,instead of forcing you to watch porn.

    Again it's a long post, but if you can get the idea,hint that how can you fight with this demon,you can just survive day by day.

    Put your phone on a shelf or bench etc. when you are not making calls/texting. Don't take it to bed with you. Write yourself a very truthful letter about the impact your addiction has had on your life and the reasons you know it needs to stop. Write down a list of all the positive things that will come from nofap. Don't rationalize or make excuses to 'give in'

    Find something else to occupy your time, write a children's novel (no way you will be throwing any x rated stuff in a children's book) start painting, coloring in, sudoku, crosswords, anything that you enjoy doing that is a positive step towards recovery is not time wasted.
