    Hey.
As of now I have over 4 months of no porn behind me. It was extremely difficult quitting pornography, but I did it, and I'll never go back.
However now I have found quitting masturbation is also extremely difficult. Perhaps not as difficult as quitting porn, but still very hard.

Which do you find more difficult to quit?

Definitely porn for me. If I don't watch any porn, I can go without masturbation for a very long time. The reason why it is so hard for me to stop watching porn is because it eases the pain of my loneliness and failure with women.

Thats so true...Porn is like a substitute of happinees that we take when we are feeling like shit, when we miserabely fail with women and when we seek to consolate ourselves

Nowadays I hate porn so much (PIED, brain fog, social anxiety) there's simply no way I'll ever go back to it.

But with Masturbation, I get horny if I abstain for any sexual thoughts for a while. Eventually I just start thinking of a girl I saw earlier in the day and then masturbate.

I guess it's a major improvement over porn, but still I wanna quit masturbation too.

I get far more urges for masturbation than porn. I think it's because I didn't start with high speed porn so I masturbated far longer than I used porn.

internet P is a superstimulus, meaning that never in human history we had that amount of sensory input just by a simple click. Thats why it is so important to regain our sensibility back! M on the other hand is older than civilization I dare to say! Of course some sideeffects can emerge if we do it too much and too hard. It also affects our sensibility!

However for many rebooters it is important to cut all PMO for a while in order to rewire our reward circuit, our conditioned pleasure. I understand that staying away from having sex or masturbate for at least a couple of months allows reprogramation, although we dont use P it is possible to relapse because of the strong assotiation between PMO.

I'm gonna say masturbation, because nude porn addiction hasn't been my issue for a long time anymore. So, that shit's left behind in the past. Well, for me, actually.

Definately P for me mate. Without P I rarely ever MO. Any urges always seem to be for P, whenever I relapse it is always to with P involved. Well done on your 4 months no P, I aim to be there one day!

I managed to do a 90 day streak of no po. However, now I am doing PMO and it is much harder and treacherous. I did not have many withdrawal symptoms while doing the first streak, but with this one I have been having several issues. But I am curious to see what will be like when I finish the 90 day complete reboot. Day 50 something and upwards.

I'd say P-subs (which at this point is basically porn). It's everywhere, and accepted by society.
Hard to avoid but definitely possible.

This is my key motivator for quitting PMO - otherwise, I am an absolute puppet to society's advertising!

I'd say quitting M is harder. As someone else mentioned, I was in my teens before high speed internet was everywhere. So I learned to M a lot more often than I used P. Even now, before my reboot, I would sometimes M without P.

Probably porn. I can still get the "high" from porn without masturbating, but I find it hard to masturbate without porn (which worries me the most)

I think that is the biggest reason M is harder to give up than P. You can still M without P. It's a lot harder to P without M.

Temporarily abstaining from masturbation (noFap isn't about quitting that forever) is a lot harder than quitting porn.
I never had any real urge to look at porn after starting noFap. It was more...I was looking forward to some porn after a long day and then I was like "Oh yea, can't do that anymore." and that was it. And even those thoughts vanished after two weeks or so.
But even almost 50 days in, I have an almost constant urge to masturbate. I feel there's so much sexual energy pent up inside me and it can't go anywhere, so it's a constant battle to keep myself from masturbating...
