Day 11 - I think this is the longest I've gone without fapping in about 15yrs. Enjoying peace, clarity and purpose. Focusing on Truth. Steering clear of looking or thinking any potential lustful triggers. One great realization is that this addiction has been like crack cocaine (which most would avoid ), causing crazy destruction and weakness in my entire life ; but masked as just "what guys do". I'm done . ITS NOT A GAME ANYMORE
