I started with this addiction as a child. I do not know how, but since I was little I started with masturbation. I soon looked for pornography. I must say that it is difficult for me to talk about this much now, because I consider that masturbation has led me to do things that I should never have done. I realized that I had to leave those things because it could bring terrible consequences for my life and for the lives of others, so I left it. For many years I did not forgive myself for what I had done, but thank God I was able to forgive myself. However I never stopped masturbation and recently I have a flight to pornography. I must say that I did ask for help, but they told me that many other people had this problem and that I had to go out alone with the help of God. So far I have not been able to leave. I try to start every time, happy, with new hopes, but I'm coming soon. I consider that my addiction to pornography is more than before. I have never had a relationship with a woman, I must say that at times I very much desire to have a relationship, but my fear and my shyness can be more, and that is the fear of rejection. I guess I'm trying to fill that gap myself. I give thanks for this web, because I have hope to leave this way of life. I have a lot of faith, but I understand that is not enough. I must do my part, and I hope that here I can have the help I need. Thank you.
