  1. Hi all,

Ok, 52 years old, fapping since 10. I'm starting to feel like some of my SSA struggles are related to years of fapping and some exposure to some stuff when I was 10 or so.
I have ED, I think somewhat porn induced, and unable to get off from PIV for a little while now.
    I want off this train.

    Thanks

Welcome to the forum. Many of us have spent decades indulging ourselves and blinding ourselves to the effects it was having on our bodies. One positive thing us older guys have is that we realize that after years of doing this stuff that we know that happiness cannot be found on a computer screen. The more we sought out porn the more UNHAPPY we become. Sure, it makes us forget about our problems for a little while, but it stole so much more from us than it ever gave back. I hope you find what you need in order to succeed.

  3. Same Sex Attraction. Something I've struggled with for 40 years but gets worse when I PMO.
I recently started a FWB relationship with another guy and I'm unsure about my sexuality at this point.

The stuff we see during our formative years certainly can have that effect. I got hit by something like that pretty hard (I'd rather have Same Sex Attraction!) and I wish I could purge it from my mind. My only thoughts so far are that you have to avoid dwelling on it for a few years until the neural connections fade away. If anyone has better answers, I'd be glad to hear them.

Anyway, all that has to do with something called the "arousal template", a data structure in the limbic system.
