    Short answer....no.

As far as damage? There are many things that masturbation can do over time.

First you can bruise the tissue if you are rough with it. You can also rub yourself raw, causing the skin to slough off later, and over time the skin can get little more tougher because of this (which can reduce your sensitivity). That being said, it's entirely fixable. Your penis is composed of soft tissue, that as long as you stay healthy, and give it a break. It will restore and entirely heal itself in very short periods (weeks/months). (This is also referred to as 'death grip syndrome').

Next, you can cause yourself to run lower on sperm if you constantly masturbate. You will never run out, as your body is constantly producing it. But you can reduce the overall available sperm you have. This can contribute to a less satisfying ejaculation, and difficulty getting to a place where ejaculation feels easily achieved. But again, just waiting a few days in between, and giving it a rest fixes this. This isn't a long term problem.

Finally, long term, having your needs met in excess of your natural libido....
(Let me explain that first. You have a natural drive for sex and desire for intercourse. This will make you desire and feel more excited by ideas of intercourse. However, when you engage in masturbation simply for 'comfort' and stress relief, you can start to push beyond what that natural desire for sex is)....
in short, if you masturbate more frequently than your libido, then it can give rise to issues where you aren't easily aroused by any sex. This means your erections are weaker, and take longer to achieve. (Which can give you the idea that your penis is 'smaller'. Again the fix for this is to give it a break, and try not to over do masturbation just because you're used to doing it every morning, night, weekend, etc. This is true of any sex actually. If you were a in a situation where you frequently had sex with a partner even though you didn't want it, you would suffer the same arousal issues. (Libido changes over time, and in regards to what kind of stress and circumstances you are currently in). This can be very confusing to men as we get older (from 20's into 30's, and then beyond), and suddenly find we can't as easily do what we used to.

Don't take any of this input as 'masturbation is bad'. Sex is fun, Sex is healthy, Sex is good. Masturbation is a good way to learn how to receive pleasure, and can't give you some confidence and control over your sexual libido. You just have to respect it, and not get into a cycle where you've overdone it. In all cases, giving things time to heal brings you back to 100%. So don't worry if you have gone too far. (You didn't break anything, even it it hurts right now).
