How do u guys control yourself from M in morning? How to deal with morning erection?

    I always wake up with the morning wood and for me it is the time when I'm most vulnerable to MO.
    I am sure many of you who abstain for 30 or more days have devised a few tips to deal with this.

    What i did was wake up and Deal with it man fight the urge lol. Seriously I figured out that my morning wood was caused by me needing to use the bathroom. So I would always urinate as soon as i woke up. If that didn't work I would take a cold shower, that Sure took my mind off of everything! Never sit in one spot for to long so you don't get comfy. NEVER KEEP LOTION OR ANY TYPE OF LUBRICATION around you! (Before i had a couple of relapses) "its good to have a Girl unfortunately i am alone". :mad:

    How to deal with the morning urge? Make goals for your day the night before. When I wake up, I don't have time to think about that anymore because I'm getting up with purpose now. I'm also getting up pretty early and that seems to help as well because my mind recognizes that I had the discipline to set the alarm so it seems to accept that I have more important things to worry about.

    Yeah definitely don't lay in bed. Get up and do something, even if it's just brushing your teeth or eating breakfast.

    Yeah I too think that I mostly masturbate when I stay in the bed after waking up.

    @createsmyownluck - you seem to be a man with lot of experience and wise words. Will surely try to plan my next day. :D

    @FolicAcid - I also don't have a girlfriend, LOL :)

    I reckon it's important to get out of bed asap. And if you used to M elsewhere in your room (sitting in your desk chair, for example), then leave the room; if you used to M elsewhere in your house, throw some clothes on and go for a short walk. Basically get out of the environment where you used to M, until the urge passes and it's safe to return. It works for me at least.

    Jump out of the bed, and do exercise a bit.
