Does excessive masturbation lower testosterone levels?

There are other even worse consequences; you fry your dopamine receptors and also acquire massive brain fog. You will train yourself to want your fist more than a woman's vagina.

Wow. So this explains my low T for the past couple of years? I have to do needle injection once a week which I think is what makes it difficult for me to control my urges because now my T is "above normal" since I started injections

I masturbated six to seven times per week for 3 years now its been 10 days that I have limited it to only once a week. Today I masturbated after six days but the problem is that I have much urination at night I really worry about it. What u think is it caused by masturbating? ??

  10. what about for release, you seem like a expert in the area, like after 15 days, I really need to focus on my job, I can't go through the day only thinking of getting off. does about 3 times a month create brain fog and negative stuff?

Yeah 15 days no pmo is not a long time at all. The real healing takes place after a longer period of time depending on how bad one's symptoms are. Some guys only need 90 days, and others far longer than that.

As for how much it takes to cause brain fog, I don't know, but I would suggest reading all the information on yourbrainonporn.com to read up on all the negatives of pmo. For me, it was enough to motivate me to heal and be completely free of this habit.
