I need help

Just keep trying man. Nobody is perfect and everyone has their struggles. Maybe try writing a list by hand of all the reasons why you want to quit PMO, read it every morning and every night and when you feel tempted, pull the paper out and read it. You can even write a message to yourself on their telling yourself it's not worth it and you'll regret it.

 

if you can't go more than a week, then that timing might make it easier for you to figure out what's triggering you and getting you to that point where you relapse. the next time you sense you're about to relapse, take mental notes (and also try to write some of your thoughts down too) about what's going through your head and what you're feeling. maybe you can pinpoint something or some things that you can be prepared for next time you confront them.
