    Hi All,

I have been masturbating for 15 years now. Most of the time I would masturbate with my pants or underwear on, just rubbing my private part against the mattress while lying down on stomach or even stimulating it with my hand while my clothes were on. However, since last few months I have developed a medical condition, I feel itching and burning around some parts of my pelvic, I feel burning on lower left side near rectum. I know it is tied to my frequent masturbation. I am very worried so I visited two different urologists, they checked my prostate and said I have no prortititus or anything. They also did a blood and urine test and couldn't find anything. However, the itching and burning feeling is still there, when I looked some pictures of male pelvic anatomy online seems like frequent masturbation might have caused my seminal vesicle or ejaculator duct to be swollen but not sure. Now the main problem is the doctors are not able to diagnose it, and I am shy enough to confess to them that I masturbate frequently and that is the main cause of it. I really need some help with this situation, it is really effecting the quality of my life, I can't even sit in chair properly due to this itching and burning feeling. Has anyone else in this community experienced the same thing ? If yes, have you ever consulted a physician ? What has this been diagnosed for you ?

Please share your thoughts with me I really need some help. Sometimes the pain is so frustrating that causes me to masturbate even more. Please note that I have never been in to any sexual relationship with anyone that should rule out the possibility of any STD, my own source of orgasm and ejaculation is masturbation.

Hmm, this sounds a bit unusual. It could be because of the previous sexual activity. Otherwise, I'm not too sure.

@Comets , I have never had partnered sex so no STD. Also urologist couldn't diagnose such thing.

i think this issue is related to skin , you should visit a dermatologist as soon as possible.

@Abdelrahman kahil : It looks like surface level, but it isn't. There is nothing on the skin, I take a very good care of my hygiene.

So is this on the outside or inside? What happens you you run cold water over it? Does it hurt or relieve the pain?

@J247: It is on the inside, nothing can be seen and felt on the outside.

Maybe it's just a fungal rash from being hot and sweaty? I'd also try some Talcom powder or whatever that stuff is called.

@J247: I have tried cold water, like I said, I feel like it is inside. I eat healthy ( lots and lots of veggie and fruits ) and exercise almost every day.

Well. No idea then. Tell your urologist about it. I can't think of anything vital being down there. I can only think of something fungal or like ringworm, but you said you don't see or feel anything, so it's odd. Just go see a doctor, tell him/her everything. Might even get a MRI sort of thing if it doesn't improve. Pretty cool.

  14. Hey Abu, you say that these symptoms appeared in the last few months. Actually, you mentioned all of these things in April 2016 - a year ago. I have never heard of what you describe and neither have the urologists it seems. Maybe you need to see a different consultant, i.e. an endocrinologist. Beyond that, I cannot add to what was said to you a year ago or in this thread today. :( It is worth bearing in mind, however, that if you stop masturbating, the symptoms may stop - inshallah.
