Hey Rogue92, I'm on the same boat as you I think, maybe not entirely but close I'd say. I startet out here yesterday and I deleted my old accounts that I had and reset my phone, there's nothing on there but the essentials, no 4chan, facebook, tumblr or whatever. I also keep the lights in my room on at night (right now running everything I got), as I masturbated only when the curtains were closed (of course) and it was darker in my room, the trigger is just not there this way. I live with other people so I got "rid" of the key to my room, less privacy but not closing the door should help things turn out well. Hey Phil, Thanks! Being completely honest I almost gave in a few hours after opening the account here, but I sucked it up and didn't do it. I deleted my Tumblr account months ago when I initially tried to stop but even though I deleted it I still had bookmarked some pages so I deleted all of that today and erased my whole search history so they don't appear as suggestions. I think my room is a trigger also, so I'm going to do the same and keep the lights on. Thanks for the advice. Keep them coming because I need all the help I can get.
