Gyming Madness

    So today was my first day of gyming and since I am 18 I am only going to stick to calisthenics till I turn 22 or 25 ...... so while gyming It was okay then for a while I really felt like I wanted to bang someone or mastrubate so I just continued I ended up gyming for 2 hours .... eventually the urges subsided but it was weird ... does anyone exactly why that happened and will it happen all the time or eventually stop?:confused:

    Uh... I've never experienced that, no. I have gotten a hard on in the gym, but if you keep lifting it goes away pretty fast. Then again, I do weights. Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with lifting at eighteen but to each his own. Also, what I find helps is that if you can still go for a jog or something physical AFTER you work out, you need to step up the intensity. I love leaving the gym and feeling dead. Sign of a good days work and that's also when most of the gains come.

    Do what you enjoy of course but if you want to, you could lift. The idea lifting stunts growth is completely unfounded. That is unless your doing heavy back squats when your 4 or something.

    As for working out effecting your horiness, I've thought a lot about this. My consensus is that light or moderate intensity exercise actually INCREASES horniness. This is because it increases blood flow and helps hormone production. Generally the healthier you are the more horny you are. Now with that being said, HARD exersise where you are absolutely destroyed afterwords helps. I think it uses up all that excess energy.

    hey ... I also felt that

    In my case ... when I first started ... my urges were increased ... but when you exercise regularly and don't masturbate (for a week or so ... ), then the feeling goes away ... and trust me ... after about 10-15 days ... you don't even want to M (the whole ... urge gets neutralized)

    Nice thanks guys guess I will work out till I am wasted every session then just go sleep ...... :) ..... and still I shall stick to calisthenics I do not want to take any chances ............ one more question does the dick shrink when you gym or does it just look relatively small compared to the muscle mass gained

    while exercising, the dick goes small (maybe because the blood flows to other parts of the body) ... but that's temporary ... when your exercising session is over ... it'll back to it's original size
