I'm so glad to hear that I helped. I too have found mindfulness meditation to be of a huge help. It's all about awareness man. It took me a while for it to fully click but realizing that I am not my thoughts and I am not my feelings and that those will simply come and go has been a huge breakthrough. They can't harm you. Just watch them and you'll see that distance.
