30 days- feeling great

    really noticed the urges ramp it up a bit over the last few days but also my resolve is getting stronger daily, its like building a house, i dont want to do the footings again its hard work and ur in the mud. that alone has been enough to keep me reaching higher.
    im also really enjoying feeling good about myself and having nothing to hide, integrity is a golden ticket to happiness.

    strategies in place-
    - re-newed passion for work
    - playing guitar
    - surfing
    - reading success and failures on nofap
    - visioning for future goals
    - contemplating existence and what i want out of life
    - spending quality time with wife and son
    - cold showers
    - house cleaning

    I originally replied to your post during a thunderstorm, so I don't think it registered. Forgive the redundancy if it did. Congrats on your progress and on your 30 day milestone. You seem to have gained control over both your behavior and your thought-life. I like your strategy!

    hi, yes i am only quitting P . i have a healthy sexlife with my fiance. and we are trying for 2nd baby so i dont yhink she would let me stop. i have M twice when she was away for a weekend in the first week. but not wanting to do that again. baby steps, small wins equals confidence and strength to stand my ground
