I havent had weat dreams for four years of being PMO addict.. the think that I did was I first got ride of porn and quited porn.. after that I really decreased masturbation. I limited fapping from 6 times to 1 times per week and this time Im struggling to make it 30 days. This morning after four years I had my second weat dream. My question is that is weat dream also a relapse and does it cause weakness in the body???

Wet Dreams are not relapses. They're like cheat days, but during No PMOs 3 days to 30. Hold out for a little bit longer. At the end of pain is success!
No they are not a relapse but yes they definitely cause weakness and stress on the body. Be careful after a wet dream because your urges to fap will be higher. The weakness causes stress and most PMO'rs want to PMO to release stress. Wet dreams can be avoided and cured all together, i know from experience. I also have friends that NEVER PMO and haven't had a WD dream in over a decade. They do not orgasm either with their wife, not ever.. I'd not worry about a WD but they will slow down reboot some. There are steps you can take to avoid WD's, search for them here and you will find them!
Think of it this way, the act of watching porn and masturbation damages your brain chemistry and affects your life. A wet dream is what nature intended, you are supposed to feel sexually attracted to others, and you will always want to have sex because nature demands reproduction. It's completely natural for your body to naturally seek it even if you are just dreaming about it now and then. The intention to watch porn and masturbate is completely different than a wet dream.
Yes friend totally agree with you. After the last wet dream I also had a relapse a very strong stress and withdrawal with. I even wanna use medicine to relieve my stress what should I do???
Relax, and Transmute. Observe your self, observe your 3 brains always. Observe your emotional brain, your intellectual brain, and your sexual/instinctual brain. Try to keep them balanced. Transmute your building sexual energy daily, several times daily if possible! Learn how to practice pranayama. Go for a long walk. Get out of your head! Practice alternate nostril breathing pranayama with breath retention. use a ratio of 1:4:2. In left-hold-out right-in right-hold-out left-repeat.. 1:4:2 example= In 3-hold 12-out 6- For added effectiveness, lightly hold moola bandha (kegal) on the breath retention, and place chin on chest. Release with the end of breath retention. With moola bandha, try to only target the Perenium, and not the penis or anus muscles. Contracting the penis muscle is called vajra mudra, and practicing this will help remedy wet dreams over time, but don't do it during pranayama, pranayamas must be very relaxed, steady, and quiet. Over time, work your way up to longer ratios. Good luck friend!

I greatly admire your gradual, self-monitoring approach -- which seems far more organic (no pun intended) and sustainable to me than an external standard of success!! I apply a somewhat similar strategy -- beginning with no PM and then moving on to hard mode once I feel stronger in the saddle, but your approach sounds like it is working for you!
