Exactly, that's sublimation.. which is also great but it's not sexual transmutation.

Ok sounds great but... how to actualy do it? How do you trasmutate that energy, how to use it in real life?

 

I took 3 different tantra classes from 3 different teachers.. its basicly breathing and stretching exerciese that move the energy up to your higher self. But the energy needs to be clean.. you dont want to put toxic porn energy into your brain!. So 1st execises are mostly to clean the energy. Like turning crude oil into clear gasoline.. then others to channel it up.. i cant explain it all here.. id just google it or look for some youtube videos on it.

i will start suryanamaskar (sun salutation)
channeling that energy upward and salamba sirsasana (head stand) said to send the "ojas" or whatever to the brain
