You don't need any blockers and stuff if you are determined to quit porn forever keeping in mind how it has affected you.
I don't use any blockers and I get triggered by stuff (i dont really get trigerred at this point)all the time I.e the stuff and ads on TV and explicit movie scenes etc. Willpower, the right mindset and remembering why you came on to this time and spent considerable time helps!

 

Dude get yourself accountable to someone who you know in your life and allow them to set a password for you...

 

My suggestion is that create a complete random and impossible to remember password - long, random character (mash the keyboard!) with many special characters and numbers thrown in. Try to remember that!

If you need to remember the password for some other reasons, write it on paper, and make it very hard to recover. Tear it up, wrap it in paper, tape it, etc.

 

I use opendns on my router. This means when i'm at home the wireless network all use opendns servers for dns resolution and i have an account that blocks all porn. Go to opendns.com, its free and you can get an account to control what gets blocked. I can get round it, but its such a faff that it has stopped me looking at P in the past. Also in the UK mobile operators (well Orange/EE at least and i think vodafone) automatically block adult content now (if you have an old contract you might need to request this) and you need to specifically ask for it to be removed.
