I feel sad, very sad now! any advice please.

    Today I have a lot of temptation to car in PMO, that's why I'm writing, I have 4 days, I feel more motivated than ever but I have a lot of anxiety, stress and I feel very lonely, too lonely, my girlfriend currently does not answer any messages and That's what causes me more anxiety :(
    Maybe go to the cinema, alone :( but before going to take a bath with cold water; method win hof

    Hey bro!
    I felt the same about anxiety and stress. The last few days were really hard because of that.
    And bro, I had a girlfriend that, without knowing, was terrible to my self esteem because of stuff like this. And it wasn't her fault at the end, but I needed more attention than she could give me at the time.
    The point is, bro, that fighting PMO is a lonely fight when you're talking about the day by day routine. I mean, you can come to the forum and open your heart to people, but at the end, its your journey, and it makes things harder sometimes.
    So if I could advice you on anything, it would be that you have to be more prepared when it comes to stay by yourself/enjoy your own company. You gotta feel good when you're by yourself because it will make a big difference in times when people aren't able to give you attention for any reason it might be.
    I had to travel by myself to another country in order to effectively learn it, but it made a huge difference.
    Love your company before you love being with someone else!

    You are right, I will work on what you mention for me and not for others because at the end of the day that can end and you have to feel good and love yourself, because it is true that in the end it is a journey against the PMO that we do alone .
    Although I also feel very lonely most of the time. But I will try and I will do it for me and not for anyone else ..

    Hey man, I recently watched a TED X talk about how to quit bad habits. They explained that at first one would have to not stop the habbit inmediately, but to do it "mimdfully". It might work for other bad Habbits but clearly not for PMO. But hey, this is what I'm starting to try. When u get the desire, countdown from either 5 to zero or from 10 to zero ( that activates the prefrontal cortex part of the brain which controls desition making and is basically what makes us smarter than animals) then think, why am I really doing this, and is it really a valid reason... normally you'll know how stupid it is and when you do, ask yourself, where else can I use this energy? and I would recommend you to work out and then take a cold shower. Try to do a high intensity 30 min workout. When you finish you will see how your brain will be filled with the same hormone u get from an orgasm but from a much healthier and different source. Basically try to replace your drug...

    That's ok man, don't feel bad if you feel lonely. Look for a friend anytime you think you need this contact with people because it's a natural need we have. Don't worry.
    But, at the same time, try to work on this, slowly start to enjoy doing stuff by yourself. Also please know that no 2 people are the same, so maybe I works to me being by myself, maybe you need to hang out with your friends more. It will require you some self-awareness!     this will sound unusual but, embrace the boredom... we became so overstimulated fapping seeing things on internet and tv that we get anxious because simple things became too boring and we start to having no exciting anymore, so meditade and take a time to just being quiet and enjoy the peace and silence

  8. At the end of your struggle to overcome addiction then it will all be worth it. You will come out of this as an Alpha Man and you will control your own life and emotions without thinking of others. Sounds to me that the struggle now will make you enjoy life later. Worth a fight doesn't it?

    Why not get out for runing?Keep running till you feel peaceful.Sports is medicine!It can make our brains produce endorphin,this kind of material can ease our pain and anxiety.Trust me!

    Get someone close to you like a family member that u can trust, and tell them what your going through, have talks ans socialize by going out with friends. I know this sad feeling because i had the same happen, everyone goes through that in the begining of their no PMO, it only lasts about a week and a half so stay strong through it!!

    Help someone. Find somebody, and help then. Then do it again. If you choose to help, it isn't work, it's a gift. It is not easy to feel lonesome or sad while you are doing something for somebody else as a gift to them. And they won't feel as lonesome either. If enough people pay it forward, there will be less isolation and loneliness in the world.
