Scenario 1: You stop all PMO for 120 days. You start dating a woman and it goes very well. You're dating for weeks, start having healthy sex together and she leaves for Europe for a week. You MO to the thought of her once or twice while she is gone. Is any of this considered a relapse? Are there multiple scenarios of relapse that are occurring here?

Scenario 2: You stop all PMO for a month. You don't ever plan on using P again and you have sex. Is this a relapse?

  2. According to your counter, you are trying to go without PM, not PMO, right?

Scenario 1: Yes, MO to the thought of her is a clock reset. Having healthy sex with her is not a reset.

Scenario 2: No, having sex is not a reset. This would only be a clock reset if your goal was to go without PMO.

The goal is no PMO, how do I change this? But honestly after 30 days I will change it to no PM for another 60 days and O is encouraged if I keep dating someone.

If your goal was no PMO, when you had sex, did you O? There are people who practice non-O sex. Otherwise, the O would reset the clock in both cases. The MO always resets the clock.

If you want to have sex, set your goals as no PM. You have to consider the chaser effect, but it will still work.
