So say I reach my NoFap goal... Do I fap and start over again? Is it worth it? Will I be able to start a streak again after that? Or will I resort to my old ways

You're still 3 months away. When you get there you will have a clearer head to decide what is best for you.

Although measurable goals are good, ultimately I think you should look to use them as a way to free yourself from your 'old ways'. I don't think it would be good in your head to accept that you will fap as soon as you achieve your target. Think beyond the target and what it means to your body/mind/spirit.

I have thought about the same thing, however one think I am liking is that I can let anyone use my laptop/tablet/phone now without fear of whether I have deleted my history or if there's a dodgy file lurking somewhere. This challenge for me is about no longer doing something I feel ashamed of, of living in the real world with real people and not disappearing into a fake world where I waste hours on my own. Ask yourself if you're making a healthy choice or an unhealthy one. We are all different, so choose what is right for you.
