Nofap, cold showers, and waking up early.

    Hi guys,
    I figured out that these three Habits can improve my life so much till the point when it can change my life completely for becoming the best version of myself I can possibly be.
    I'm on day 3 no PMO, I did 14 days streak but I relapsed two days ago!
    I'm on day 17 doing cold showers daily but not in the morning... is it still has the same effects if not done in the morning?
    I'm on day 0 of waking up early lol, stayed up last night till 4 AM, I hate waking up late, I also love waking up early, but I really struggle with keeping this habit and sticking to it.

    any advice would be greatly appreciated.

    "I Cant Wake Up" its an alarm app that makes you solve math problems & puzzles or it wont shut off. You'll never over sleep again.

    NO PMO : 4
    Cold showers : 18
    waking up early : 2 at 7:00 AM today! YES!!!
    I'm gonna update this thread when I hit at least 30 days mark in all of these habits :)

    I just signed up to respond here.
    Last year I had my longest NoFap streak, about 3 months. The 2 keystone habit that helped me were cold showers in the morning and waking up early.
    So you should definitely commit to it, it can help you tremendously.

    I was doing so well for two weeks until one day I felt lazy so I didn't take a cold shower, ended up watching porn that day!
    cold showers are really great, even though they kinda suck at first 30 seconds lol

    I found that having a successful morning routine is essential for the rest of the day.

    Wake early
    Have quiet time (Bible study and prayer)
    Have breakfast
    Make bed
    Get dressed
    Groom beard etc

    Each habit flows into the next. It also seems easier to squeeze other habits into that routine: Stretching, prepping lunch boxes...
