Hello everyone Im new to the forum...and im ready to give NoFap a try...The longest Ive gone was 6 days of NoFap but I'm looking to do at least 30 days....Wish me luck guys...

Day 1 so far so good...no need to fap and im getting ready to go to work... it looks like im in control so far...
Day 3...Still feel good.....felt a little horny waking up but was able to control the urge...still in control baby...
I fapped this morning unfortunaltely.....Guess im going to have to reset my counter....Its always the fourth day that really does it....DAMMIT!
