7 Days Strong no PMO no going for 7 days no smoking

    Day 7 done!!! Tried starting May 1 had to relapse on 5th and the 12th but kept Strong the last 7!! Have to say best way I tried cold turkey instead ended up pretty much winging self off I guess.. when relapse wasn't full on binge just one or two PMO so have to say 3 Os this month is a major improvement from multiple sessions per day!!!
    Now trying to stop smoking and have been on chantix for 14 days!! Still smoking but if I can do no PMO for 7 days will try 7 days for smoking!! Using same techniques for PMO!!

    Also feel chantix helped with PMO because it helps in same way for cigarettes!!

    I think its easier when quitting both at the same time. For me nicotine generates anxiety that leads to PMO.

    I think the first 7 days are pretty hard. I don't want to say that it's easy after that, but if you can do 7, you can keep going

    So update!! I relapsed on May 20th PMO!! Have to say erection came quick before clip loaded and very hard felt much improvement!! Did not finish to porn put phone down! So next morning I starter all over again had some fogginess but hit the gym!
    So since May 21 st been without porn and cigarettes!! It was rough week dealing with two addictions gone brain overloaded. But keeping strong !! I also slowed down chantix don't want to go longer then 4 weeks on it but rather getting another supply instead of 2 I've only been taking 1 a day !! Also started 16/8 fasting diet!!! That's helped a lot with 8 hour sleep a day!!

    Dude nice work, I have a super similar story lol quit smoking 2 years ago and started implementing intermittent fasting and nofap around the time, both SUPER powerful in cultivating the discipline to get through it...meditation and exercise are also super powerful if your looking for more tools, I still incorporate these things today and my life has never been better...Remember your thoughts are like seeds and the more time you spend thinking about a craving, the more likely youll act on it, thats where meditation comes in...I used to think I was damned by anxiety and that my thoughts would control me forever, you got the power within yourself dude...bro just think of how good you will feel, i have never felt more clear headed, anxiety free, energetic, and It feels like Im back in touch with my feelings on a whole nother level. I was also an opiate/heroin addict 5 years ago. You got this!!!

    You have to stay busy hour by hour using same tactics for both cravings !!
    Eating once a day maybe twice with this fasting has me feeling great!! Using hunger to combat p and cig cravings and when eat not even that much so won't gain weight!! So you been NoFap have you completed a full reboot and I think I'm 50 percent and like I said can M with out P with 80% to 100% erection tryin not to get of point of edging but want to build confidence with erectiOn. Also trying demean retantion for test boost!!
