A few days back I broke my longest streak to date - 46 - for no good reason whatsoever. Just no more stupidity from now on.

 

I'm in, I notice I do a lot more productive things when I don't Masterbate and Orgasm. I become more spiritually aware and integrated into society. When I do I usually start hanging out with friends that drink alcohol or smoke weed. So here's to freedom from Vice. Day 6 by the way.

I am in! My goal is no PM for the next 30 days and hopefully never again. I have shunned making public commitments before because of how often I fail. My longest streak is 14 days which was just recently before a relapse. I am looking forward to making 30 days.

I'm about to break through the one week-borderline. Feeling some urges, but I won't give in. The month has only just begun and I am just warming up.

 

I'm at two weeks and am feeling the urge as well. I am married and my wife is on-board my NOFAP program. Unfortunately, she is working today! Normally I would act-out with internet porn in this circumstance. But today I say NO!
